Glenn Buddah Tobey
My name is Glenn Tobey, but most people know me as Buddah. I’ve been in the barbering industry professionally since 2019, and it’s been a journey rooted in passion, purpose, and community.
In 2020, I opened the first HD Barbershop location, followed by a second in 2021. From the start, the goal was bigger than just cutting hair — it was about building a space that brings people together and uplifts the youth. Barbering has become my tool to connect with the community and help young people realize their full potential.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me coaching and enjoying life with my son — two things that keep me grounded and inspired every day.
HD Barbershop isn’t just a business — it’s a movement. And I’m proud to lead it.

With 15 years of experience and a genuine passion for her craft, Lauren is all about making people look and feel their absolute best—especially the little ones. Her warm personality and skilled hands create an experience that keeps clients coming back.
Lauren finds joy in connecting with others and creating a comfortable, uplifting environment for every age. She believes that confidence starts in the chair and carries into every part of life.
When she’s not behind the chair, Lauren enjoys practicing yoga and spending quality time with children, embracing every opportunity to inspire, laugh, and create lasting memories.
Andrea Pederazani

With over 20 years of experience, Andrea brings both skill and heart to her work. She loves the everyday humor and energy of the shop, and takes pride in creating a welcoming space for families of all kinds.
Andrea’s down-to-earth personality and seasoned hands make every client feel right at home. For her, it’s about more than a haircut—it’s about connection, comfort, and community.
When she’s not in the shop, Andrea enjoys the simple joys of life: raising her chickens, cooking up something delicious, and spending quality time with her daughter.

With over 20 years in the industry, Amanda brings experience, passion, and a personal touch to every client she works with. She thrives on connecting with people—listening to their stories and helping them feel confident and refreshed through her craft.
Amanda is driven by a love for learning and staying on top of ever-evolving trends, always looking for new ways to grow and elevate her skills. Outside the barbershop, her creativity continues with hobbies like baking, crocheting, solving puzzles, and coloring.
Above all, Amanda is a proud mom. Her son is her greatest adventure and the heart of everything she does.
Samantha Holmes

With 7 years of experience, Samantha brings creativity and care to every client she works with. She’s passionate about building genuine relationships and believes that a great style is more than just a look—it’s a boost of confidence.
Samantha thrives on connection, combining her love for people with her eye for detail to create styles that reflect individuality and personality.
Outside of the shop, she enjoys nurturing both plants and young minds. Whether she’s tending to her greenery or spending time with children, her nurturing spirit shines through in everything she does.
